The owner of the network of MOYA petrol stations is a Polish company with over 25 years of experience in the wholesale and distribution of liquid fuels – Anwim S.A.
The first MOYA petrol station was opened in Mińsk Mazowiecki. The last decade, MOYA has expanded the offer of conveniently located fuel base operating in cooperation with modern transport units. As a network, we have won the trust of our customers with the quality of fuel sold, but not only.
Currently, all fuels sold at MOYA stations are available with the MOYA Firma card: Diesel [ON], refined ON MOYA Power, 95 and 98 petrol, LPG, as well as AdBlue and windshield washer fluids. It is the owner of the transport company who decides which products it wants to make available to its drivers using the fleet cards.
MOYA Energia energy drink is the most recognisable product of the MOYA brand. It has a classic taste and a high caffeine content – as much as 32 mg / 100 ml. It is available in 250 ml cans.
ON MOYA Power is a fuel which formula was developed in cooperation with the Krakow Oil and Gas Institute. The results of using the refined ON MOYA Power fuel, are already visible after several fillings. This is because after several fillings the process of deposit formation on the injectors and the fuel system is reversed.
The merger of the two entities took place by transferring all the assets of Esppol (rights and obligations, including all agreements) to Anwim company with its registered office in Warsaw, belonging to the same capital group.
Enterprise Investors Fund acquired a minority share worth PLN 100 million. The decision made it possible to keep the pace of the MOYA network growth, which is currently the undisputed growth leader in its category. The company is known in the industry for its flexibility and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
MOYA express are self-service stations, available to both retail and business customers of MOYA network.
Increasing the involvement of the Enterprise Investors Fund in Anwim S.A. is another step in the implementation of the ambitious growth strategy that the company adopted a few years ago. MOYA is the most dynamically growing network of petrol stations in Poland, while increasing the capital commitment of Enterprise Investors will allow it to continue its expansion in the market.
Debut of bonds issued by Anwim S.A. on the Catalyst market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. 50 thousand A series bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 each have been introduced.
Anwim S.A. signed a conditional agreement to acquire the Dutch company - The Fuel Company Holding BV, the issuer and operator of TFC fuel cards. TFC cards are accepted at over 8 thousand stations in 18 countries across Europe.
